Spot Light Corner Shines on - (ACCT) Pen Pal Program of Philadelphia

Critter Networkings is spotlighting the Faces of (ACCT) Pen Pal Program of Philadelphia, PA.

Woofs to you my critter and peeps friends. It is my pleasure to introduce you to another CN Spot Light Corner inductee. With such great friends of the animal world as these, they couldn't be kept secrete for long.

I just happened to be hunting around the facebook property when another pet peep of my pet person Teia gave me their scent. Hot on the trail, I tracked them down and woof woofing glad I did. These peeps are doing a dog-gone woofing job don't you know. It just warms my paw pads to see so many caring folk getting involved with our critter kingdom family and friends.

So here's the snoop down on this super group.  Read a little then catch the video to see the faces of the Pen Pal Program.

Fur ball roll please....

The Philadelphia Animal Care and Control (ACCT) Pen Pal program is made up of volunteers.

It's program's dedicated volunteers have paired up with these special animals to provide special one-on-one socialization and enrichment through obedience training and socialization. These dogs and cats are smart, loving, healthy, behaviorally adoptable animals that just need some extra attention and socialization to be confident, loving pets.

The Pen Pal Program aims to prioritize these animals' adoptions by allowing them time away from the shelter. The program also allows adopters to work one-on-one with the person who knows the dog/cat on a personal level; their Pen Pals!

Please give a high five paws-up to the Pen Pals of good ol' Philly PA. I'm sure they wouldn't mind you friending them on Facebook either. So if you'd like to LICK them there, here's their FB addy!

Until next time my critters n' pet peeps,

Woof Woofs to ya...
